Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AI evolution and generative models.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and managing Large Language Model (LLM) applications and RAG pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
