Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026 flagship products, focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) to determine viability for 2026 projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable cloud architectures ensuring high availability and security standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
