Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance machine learning architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
