- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop predictive market models to position Nexus ahead of tech adoption curves
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor emerging talent in next-gen technology adoption frameworks
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized tech paradigms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams across global innovation hubs
