Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Perform rigorous data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce model size for edge deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
