Responsibilities
- Model Architecture & Training: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs using transformer architectures to solve complex real-world problems.
- Deployment & MLOps: Build robust, scalable pipelines for model deployment, ensuring high availability and low latency inference in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing cutting-edge research papers and integrating novel techniques into our product suite.
- Data Strategy: Lead the curation and optimization of high-quality datasets essential for training reliable and unbiased AI models.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, reducing computational costs while improving accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models at scale.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with hands-on experience in NLP and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
