Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for LLMs and generative models.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduced latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
