Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads for the 2026 era.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization to ensure low-latency inference in high-concurrency environments.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into market-ready features.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and continuous monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a Senior Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
