Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models using transformer architectures and quantum-inspired algorithms
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Architect real-time inference pipelines for multimodal AI systems (vision, language, sensor fusion)
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML approaches
- Optimize model performance for edge deployment in autonomous systems and IoT networks
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI paradigms and responsible AI practices
- Publish research in top-tier conferences and contribute to open-source AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Machine Learning or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production-level deployment of LLMs
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR on quantum machine learning or federated learning
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud-native AI architectures
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness metrics, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Experience with multimodal systems combining NLP, computer vision, and time-series analysis
- Track record of open-source contributions to major AI frameworks
