Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven applications using modern cloud infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical code reviews, and establish best practices for the AI/ML engineering team.
- Production Support: Monitor model performance in production environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
