Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning.
- Production Deployment: Translate research findings into scalable production-grade APIs and microservices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Optimization: Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency for cloud environments.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
