Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models with a focus on Long-term Vision (2026 Roadmap).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Optimize algorithms for high-scale production environments and low-latency performance.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data science and AI engineering.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in building production-level machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
