Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and artificial intelligence architectures for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from conceptualization and data collection to model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, engineers, and designersâto integrate AI solutions into core business products seamlessly.
- Define best practices for model governance, explainability, and ethical AI usage to ensure responsible innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends in deep learning and neural networks.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL; experience with Spark or distributed computing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
