Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models tailored for 2026 market demands and latency requirements.
- Lead research initiatives in Neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation to enhance model robustness.
- Establish rigorous AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical deployment of autonomous agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into viable product features.
- Optimize transformer architectures for edge devices and real-time inference pipelines.
- Conduct technical mentorship and code reviews to foster a culture of excellence within the AI team.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face Transformers library.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments with high availability.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
