Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Mentor futurist talent and build next-generation forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and long-term trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
