In this role, you will lead the architectural strategy for our upcoming initiatives, ensuring our systems remain at the forefront of innovation through 2026 and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define the technical vision and execution roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to drive strategic decision-making for future product development.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, review code, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of current AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
