Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures, focusing on quantum-ready machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Research & Development: Drive innovation in neural network optimization, exploring novel algorithms to reduce computational latency.
- System Scalability: Ensure that deployed models can handle massive throughput and scale horizontally across cloud-native environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA; experience with Kubernetes and AWS or Azure infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and optimizing system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
