Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum-resistant system architectures for large-scale cloud environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore novel AI models and quantum computing applications relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Code Optimization: Oversee the optimization of codebases, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and architects, conducting technical reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to strict security protocols and industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing to drive strategic technical decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical problems and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing technical roadmaps.
