Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectures for hybrid AI/Quantum systems.
- Lead the research and development of quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning.
- Oversee code reviews, technical strategy, and mentorship of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge technology.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
