Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures utilizing next-generation machine learning frameworks and quantum computing principles.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms capable of processing massive datasets in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or familiarity with quantum error correction is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies.
