Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy for 2026+ product roadmap
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons for future-tech exploration
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and future forecasting
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and business acumen
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
