- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype and validate AI concepts using state-of-the-art frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into viable products.
- Code Review: Mentor junior engineers and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
