Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready features.
- Stay at the forefront of AI safety and alignment research.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tooling.
