Our team is building the infrastructure for tomorrow's world. You will work at the intersection of theoretical computer science and practical engineering, focusing on scalable, robust, and safe Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Design and implement robust training pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference to run efficiently on edge devices and distributed cloud clusters.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to translate breakthrough research into scalable consumer products.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in quantum computing, reinforcement learning, and bio-computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research or applied machine learning roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization theory.
- A proven track record of publishing in reputable AI conferences or journals.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
