Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Research: Define and execute the research roadmap for 2026, focusing on scalable machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models to solve complex, real-world business problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready applications.
- Publish & Present: Contribute to the scientific community by publishing papers and presenting at top-tier conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
