Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel Machine Learning algorithms designed to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing for 2026 workloads.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate research into deployable products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of Generative AI and Neural Architecture Search.
- Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and data privacy standards.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at leading global conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or shipping high-impact open-source projects.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
