Responsibilities
- Design and architect advanced neural network architectures for next-gen LLMs.
- Lead research initiatives focused on autonomous agents and multi-modal reasoning.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready models.
- Publish high-impact papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates within the lab.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for edge deployment.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation of AI models against safety benchmarks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or open-source contributions.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training systems (Ray, Kubernetes, Horovod).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation techniques.
