Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art multimodal foundation models capable of reasoning across text, image, and code.
- Drive research breakthroughs in scalable reinforcement learning, causal inference, and memory architectures.
- Implement rigorous safety and alignment protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research into production-ready APIs.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
