Responsibilities

- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish industry thought leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity.
- Identify emerging trends in AI safety, alignment, and scalability to mitigate risks associated with advanced AI systems.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles at top-tier tech companies or research labs.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed conferences or journals related to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with model distillation, transfer learning, and training large-scale models on distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex research concepts into practical engineering solutions.
