Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions using PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy AI solutions in healthcare, climate tech, and space exploration
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 15+ citations
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
