Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for Nexus Future Labs leading up to 2026.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to enhance predictive models.
- Oversee the development of ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present at global technology conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
