- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate advanced AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for long-term projects.
- Innovation Incubation: Spearhead R&D projects focused on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and neural networks.
