Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning strategy for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical domain.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and operations within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and neural network architectures.
