Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable AI system architectures that support high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Trend Forecasting: Research and integrate emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum-AI interfaces) to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency for cloud and edge environments.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Innovation: Proven track record of innovating in legacy systems and implementing futuristic tech solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
