Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement high-performance AI models integrated with Web3 protocols and decentralized storage solutions.
- Quantum-Ready Development: Lead the transition of current algorithms to quantum-resistant architectures, preparing infrastructure for 2026 computing standards.
- Spatial Computing Integration: Develop middleware for spatial interfaces, enabling seamless interaction between AI agents and augmented/virtual reality environments.
- Security & Privacy: Spearhead the implementation of zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) and advanced encryption to ensure data sovereignty in a decentralized network.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Edge AI and Autonomous Agents to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Blockchain/Web3.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Solidity/Smart Contracts.
- Future Tech Stack: Familiarity with WebGPU, Edge Computing, and Quantum Algorithm libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in distributed systems and high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
