Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect to spearhead our 2026 Strategic Tech Initiative. At Apex Future Systems, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. You will be responsible for designing the foundational infrastructure for next-generation Artificial General Intelligence and post-silicon quantum computing solutions. This is a high-impact role for a technologist who thrives on ambiguity and possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between current AI capabilities and the 2026 technological horizon.
Why join us?
We offer a competitive equity package, fully remote flexibility, and the chance to define the standard for the industry's next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define 2026 Tech Roadmaps: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems designed for the transition to quantum supremacy and neural interface integration.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy monolithic systems to decentralized, AI-native microservices architectures.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Implement robust guardrails and ethical frameworks to ensure AGI deployment remains safe and beneficial.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product teams, and quantum hardware engineers to translate theoretical research into deployable software.
- Performance Optimization: Drive zero-latency computing solutions to support real-time, bi-directional brain-computer interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML systems or quantum computing simulation.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with Q# or Cirq.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts (e.g., AGI emergence, post-silicon chips) and proactively adapt architectural strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
