Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the company's next-generation digital transformation initiatives.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, scalable solutions that can handle exponential growth and complex data loads.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) into our existing stack.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential architectural bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies well in advance of 2026 targets.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and plan infrastructure accordingly.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
