Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly scalable backend microservices for Project 2026 using Python, Go, or Java.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML models into production pipelines, ensuring low-latency inference.
- Design and optimize complex database schemas and data pipelines for high-throughput environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, CI/CD, automated testing, and security compliance.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate roadmap requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Deep expertise in at least one major language (Python, Go, Java, or C++).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with NoSQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
