Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20+ key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor for client success and strategic growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure new clients are proficient and engaged from day one.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address churn risks through strategic intervention.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to communicate client feedback and drive product roadmap improvements.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align client goals with our service offerings and secure renewals.
- Train and mentor junior success team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving retention targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict weekly deadlines.
- Reliable transportation for occasional client site visits in the Albuquerque area.
