Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems, including predictive modeling and natural language processing.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate data models into production systems and ensure scalability.
- Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala. Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Tools: Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
