Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write comprehensive documentation for APIs and system architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a live production environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
