What You Will Do:
In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of our flagship products. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality across the board.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures using modern technologies.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Maintenance: Debug, test, and improve existing codebases to ensure system stability and performance.
- Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on user experience.
