Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and 99.9% uptime.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies on AWS or Azure environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
