Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices and testing.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high team standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
