Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI-driven systems and ensure alignment with 2026 business goals.
- System Optimization: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of high-performance computing clusters and distributed networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Protocol Design: Establish rigorous security and scalability protocols for global data networks and cloud infrastructure.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI, to integrate into our core products.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or machine learning infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, high-stakes technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
