As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software systems aligned with the 2026 technological roadmap, including quantum-ready infrastructure and edge computing nodes.
- Lead the design of autonomous decision-making algorithms and predictive models for complex industrial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical specifications and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system reliability under high load.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the AI and distributed systems space to inform architectural decisions.
- Document technical architecture and system architecture diagrams for stakeholder transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and distributed ledger technologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
