Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the demands of 2026, including advanced AI integration and quantum readiness.
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise systems that can handle exponential data growth and complex computing loads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) to determine their viability for our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product management, engineering, and operations teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and future regulatory standards expected by 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and plan for the technological shifts expected by 2026.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integration within enterprise architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
