Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting future workloads and edge computing paradigms.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge generative algorithms and neural architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into user-facing products.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and data security in future tech ecosystems.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as quantum-inspired algorithms and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and future regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
