We are seeking a visionary Senior Future Tech Lead to architect the roadmap for our 2026 product suite. At Horizon 2026 Systems, we don't just predict the future; we build it. You will be at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies including advanced AI, Web3, and spatial computing into scalable enterprise solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will define the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, mentor a world-class engineering team, and ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for our flagship products, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum-ready architectures) for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- System Scalability: Design robust, cloud-native systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and real-time processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- Future Tech: Proven track record of working with or designing for future-state technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Spatial Computing).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the unknown aspects of emerging tech.
