Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum, Blockchain).
- Identify high-potential innovation opportunities and assess their viability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and test future product concepts.
- Present strategic innovation proposals to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide early warning of disruptive shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading innovation initiatives and strategic pivots.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly preferred.
